每個人都必須攝取均衡營養,對於癌症患者來說更是重要。雖然癌症治療可能會影響患者的食慾及改變其飲食口味,但希望患者保持健康的飲食習慣。健康的飲食習慣可以令患者在治療前/後,以及治療期間保持強健的體魄。以下是一些維持均衡健康飲食的建議。嘗試每週做一兩樣,若感覺良好及有幫助,患者可以再改變多些:

一定要吃早餐

它會於早上幫助喚醒身體的新陳代謝,以及減少下午或以後時間可能因身體誤以為未飽肚而過量進食

在一天內定期進食

嘗試小吃多餐,如5至6次小餐來取代3次大餐

提前計劃膳食

開始作詳盡的膳食記錄,以觀察營養攝取進度和飲食習慣是否正常
