充足的睡眠

有些患者會發現他們在接受治療後難以入睡,而這情況的成因究竟是治療所引起的還是其他的因素如壓力所致,暫時醫學及科學界還沒有一個確定的答案。無論是哪種原因,患者也需要得到充足的休息。如感覺難以入睡,那麼以下貼士可能會幫助患者獲得更好的睡眠: 

保持規律的睡眠週期

倘若能每天在同樣的時間睡覺,在同樣的時間起床,就可以培養起有規律的作息習慣。維持數日後,身體會適應這個規律,這樣就可能更加容易入睡

於日間運動

嘗試在日間保持一定的運動量,
但要避免在睡前進行劇烈運動

避免攝入含有咖啡因的食物

盡量避免攝入咖啡因,尤其是在中午之後。包括咖啡,茶或巧克力等

避免飲酒

雖然酒精可能有助入睡,但它會影響睡眠質素

晚上避免食大餐

避免在睡前吃太多東西,因為吃得過飽會令人難以入睡,如在睡覺前感到肚子餓,可以吃少許食物

睡前避免壓力和刺激活動

盡量避免在睡前於睡房使用電子產品,
如智能手機,電腦或看電視等
