乳癌有什麼徵狀？

如果察覺到有以下的乳癌症狀，妳應該盡快找醫生作詳細檢查。

 

乳房

 

乳頭和腋下

 

注意：乳房疼痛通常與乳癌無關。許多健康的婦女在月經來潮之前都會感到腫脹和敏感。

 

檢查的方法

根據香港乳癌基金會建議，女性應三管齊下進行下列檢查，以保障乳房健康：  

 

自我檢查

  • 作用: 熟悉乳房外貌，留意乳房有沒有任何異常變化
  • 40歲或以上: 每月一次
  • 35-39歲: 每月一次
  • 20-34歲: 每月一次

 

 

臨床檢查

  • 作用: 由醫護人員進行檢查，以識別乳房是否有腫塊或異樣
  • 40歲或以上: 每兩年一次
  • 35-39歲: 每兩至三年一次
  • 20-34歲: 每三年一次

 

 

乳房X光造影檢查

  • 作用: 用X光機拍攝乳房組織，可偵測微鈣化的轉變和早期病變
  • 40歲或以上: 每兩年一次

 

如果妳在自我檢查時察覺到有異常的情況，妳應該盡快找醫生作詳細的檢查。 現時有多種不同的檢驗方法可以幫助醫生診斷妳是否患上乳癌。
